As we are a small motel, cancellations greatly affect us. If you find it necessary to cancel, shorten or reschedule your reservation, you may do so up to 7 days before your arrival and still receive a refund of your deposit, less a $25 credit card processing fee. If you need to alter your reservation less than 7 days prior to your arrival, you are responsible for your reservation, including your unpaid balance if we cannot re-rent your room. Refunds will be given based on our ability to re-rent your room.
